1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 4shared ("Platform", "We", or "Company") governing your use of the 4shared.best website and all services provided therein.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 4shared reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

3 Account & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 4shared at all times. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any other party.
• Ensuring that all activity occurring within your account — including activity not authorised by you — remains your responsibility.
• Notify the 4shared support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that the personal information in your account is always accurate and up to date.

4shared will not transfer any account, credit balance, or account benefits to another party. Accounts are non-transferable under any circumstances. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or use another person's account is a violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4shared platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. No currency conversion fees are charged as we exclusively support MYR as our operating currency.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account held in the member's own name.

• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 working hours to process.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 4shared reserves the right to conduct anti-fraud and KYC checks before processing large withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

4shared offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• The standard wagering requirement is 20x of the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted. Example: a RM 100 bonus requires a total wager of RM 2,000 before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus offer for the duration of their membership.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9 Liability Limit

The 4shared platform is provided "as-is" and 4shared makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• 4shared is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• 4shared is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• 4shared's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

4shared reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:
